What Is a Printable Calendar?

This printable calendar provides a clean, downloadable PDF of monthly and yearly calendars. It is free to print and use for scheduling, wall display, or personal planning — no account or subscription required.

How to Print or Download This Calendar

Click Print / Save PDF to open your browser's print dialog. To save as a PDF file, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination (available in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari). For the yearly view, landscape orientation works best. For monthly view, portrait orientation fits well on letter-size paper. The calendar automatically hides navigation and site elements when printing, giving you a clean, professional layout.

US Federal Holidays 2026

The calendar marks all 11 US federal holidays recognized by the Office of Personnel Management. Federal holidays that fall on Saturday are observed on the preceding Friday; those falling on Sunday are observed the following Monday. In addition to federal holidays, the calendar shows common observances like Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, and Easter. Toggle these on or off with the checkbox above.

Calendar Features

Switch between yearly view (all 12 months on one page, ideal for printing) and monthly view (single month with larger date cells). Choose whether weeks start on Sunday (US standard) or Monday (ISO 8601 / European standard). The Day of the Week Calculator can tell you what day any date falls on if you need that info separately. Today's date is highlighted with a purple background when viewing the current year.

Planning Tools to Pair with Your Calendar

Use the Date Difference Calculator to count days between key dates on your calendar. The Business Days Calculator excludes weekends and federal holidays from your count — useful for project deadlines and contractual timelines. For events, the Countdown Timer tracks days remaining to any future date, while the Week Number Calculator gives you the ISO week number for manufacturing and logistics schedules.

How do I print this calendar?
Click the Print / Save PDF button. In the print dialog, choose "Save as PDF" as the destination to download a file, or select your printer. For yearly view, use landscape orientation. The page automatically removes navigation and ads when printing.
What holidays are shown?
All 11 US federal holidays are marked with a red dot and red text: New Year's Day, MLK Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Common observances (Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's/Father's Day, Halloween) are also shown. You can toggle holidays off with the checkbox.
Is 2026 a leap year?
No. 2026 is a common year with 365 days. The next leap year is 2028 (February will have 29 days). A year is a leap year if divisible by 4, except for century years, which must be divisible by 400. The calendar handles leap years automatically.
Can I start the week on Monday?
Yes. Uncheck "Week starts Sunday" to switch to Monday-start weeks, which is the ISO 8601 standard used in Europe and many international business contexts. The calendar re-renders immediately when you change this setting.
