GHRH analog that stimulates pulsatile GH release — best stacked with Ipamorelin.
CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a synthetic analog of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH). It stimulates the pituitary gland to release growth hormone in a pulsatile pattern that mimics natural physiological secretion. The 'no DAC' version has a shorter half-life (~30 min) making it preferred for maintaining natural GH pulsatility.
Mechanism: CJC-1295 binds to GHRH receptors on pituitary somatotrophs, amplifying the natural GH pulse. By combining it with a GHRP like Ipamorelin, you activate two independent receptor pathways simultaneously, producing a synergistic and larger GH pulse than either alone.
| Goal | Dose | Frequency | Best Time |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard / anti-aging | 100 mcg | 2× daily | Morning fasted + before bed |
| Body recomp / performance | 200 mcg | 2–3× daily | Morning + post-workout + bed |
| Beginner / low dose | 100 mcg | 1× daily | Before bed |
CJC-1295 (no DAC) is almost always used stacked with Ipamorelin at a 1:1 ratio (same mcg dose). Inject fasted — food (especially carbs and fat) raises insulin and somatostatin, blunting the GH pulse. Wait at least 2 hours after eating. The before-bed injection takes advantage of the natural deep-sleep GH pulse. Cycle 3–6 months on with 1 month off to prevent desensitization.
